Who we are
Our website address is: https://threatsmanager.com.
This site is entirely owned and operated by Simone Curzi, the author of Threats Manager Platform and Threats Manager Studio.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments through the Contact Form on the site we collect the inserted data, which is the provided name, email address, and message.
We do not collect any other data, including IP Address and User Agent of the browser used by the user.
If you upload a Template you retain ownership over it. Therefore, we need to collect your name and your email address. Your name will be used to give you recognition as the author of the Template and will be published along with the Template itself. The email address will be used to recognize communications coming from you and to comply with your requests, including removal or replacement of the Template with a new version.
We will not publish your email address.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
We collect anonymized information about the you, including the Country associated to your IP address, the aggregated summary of the pages viewed by all users during the day, the aggregated summary of the locations of the link used to reach this site, the aggregated list of search terms used to find this site, the aggregated list of links clicked and videos played.
Who we share your data with
We do not share your data with anyone. The only exception to that rule is for Templates submitted through the Template Submission form.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment through the Contact Form, the comment and its metadata are retained only for the required time to fulfill the request and in any case for not more than 1 year.
If you submit a Template through the Template Form, the template, the information provided and the metadata are retained up until you will send an email from the registered address, asking for removal.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, but not the details. This is to avoid the risk of oversharing your sensitive data with others, due to the fact that we have chosen to avoid authenticating you or others in any way, to respect your privacy.
In any case, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
The official channel to communicate any request is the Contact form.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Moreover, we use third party services to host the site.
How to contact us
Every request related to your data must be sent through the Contact Form. You will receive a first answer within 48h from your request.
How we protect your data
